  1. 15 DAY MONEY-BACK, 100% refund for returns within 15 days. No questions asked. (Not   applicable on custom designs and personalized products)
  2.  In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the BuyBack / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  3. The refunded amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
  4. The return shipping charge will be paid by the buyer unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product delivered.

How can I measure my ring size?

To measure the ring size, take a string of thread and wrap it around the finger at its base and mark a point where it completes one circle. Measure the length of the thread on a ruler. Find the ring size in the conversion chart for the corresponding length.

Do you provide any authenticity andcertification for the metal and stone?

Yes, we do 925 stamping on all our silver products and provide authenticity certificate of gemstone on customer demand.

What is the manufacturingand shipping time?

Manufacturing time for an order will be 3-5 working days. With economic shipping and order would take 5-12 to get delivered. Express shipping is also available on an additional cost of $30.

Do you offerdifferent types of plating?

Yes, we offer micron plating (1 Micron, 2 Micron and 2.5 Micron plating “Vermeil”) Rose gold and yellow gold plating.  Our all micron plating will come with palladium plating for long life of the plating.
